New Member Recruitment

Carthage College fraternities and sororities recruit new members every fall and spring. Fall Recruitment happens in September. Spring Recruitment happens in February.

Eligibility

• Recruitment is only open to students with second-semester freshman or higher class status. First-semester freshmen are not eligible to join a social fraternity or sorority in the fall semester.
• Interested students must meet a cumulative GPA requirement of at least 2.00. Some chapters have higher GPA requirements, and students are encouraged to inquire about requirements at recruitment events.
